Designed with the aim of ensuring the maintenance and performance of cables in hostile environments (rodent presence) or in laying conditions where a particular mechanical strength is required, a new ARM family of armored cables has been developed designed to Ensure the maintenance of the technical and mechanical safety requirements of the system where chemical or environmental agents can interfere with or change the integrity of the interconnection line, the ARM series cables are the best solution.

In addition to prevent the lost of the transmission of cable characteristics due to rodent attacks, these cables are equipped with an isolation in Duraflam® LSZH in order to preserve the interconnection line from:
– Presence of humidity
– Material wear due to thermal shocks
– Abrasion
– Crunching
– Degradation of insulation
– etc.
enabling installation in both private and public environments (eg hospitals, metropolitan areas, stores, …).

The high accuracy in designing these lines has allowed the development of a new range of cables already conforming to the CEI UNEL 36762 standard, allowing it to be installed in co-existence with cables for Cat. 1 systems (e. lines for systems powered by 230V, 400V) without the use of separator sets.

The development of this new family guarantees the ideal solution for the installer, ensuring the maintenance of mechanical and performance characteristics over time irrespective of the ambient and installation conditions in which it operates.

The ARM family is represented by two main types of lines:

– BNUTP ARM (UTP5E and UTP6E data cables with stainless steel braid coating with braid cover> 90%)

– SIC ARM (cables for anti-intrusion systems with stainless steel braid coating with braid cover> 90%)
